Kindy Class
For ages：3 ~ 6
HESS Kindy Class offers the optimal teamwork environment for your child to learn to work with others and achieve goals as a team. In addition, we focus on providing an all American English environment to make them feel as comfortable as possible when learning a new language.

American Program
For ages 6 ~ 12
HESS American Program is designed for students to study English in the American style. English core skills are taught, as well as other subjects, such as art, science, social studies, math and language arts, all in a 100% English environment. The program is designed to promote self-study and fluency, rather than focusing on studying for tests.

Junior High English Program
For ages: 12 ~ 15
HESS AP Junior High English program aims to further strengthen children’s English ability, by providing advanced English speaking and writing skills across a wide range of topics. The purpose is to cultivate children’s critical thinking and communication skills, allowing them them use English confidently and preparing for overseas education in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions
HESS American Program is designed for children between the age of 6 to 15. Nevertheless, we have HESS AP Kindy Classes where children can start with us as young as three year old!
If your children have never learnt English before, we encourage them to join our Pre-AP classes to help enhancing their English ability quickly. Once they have graudated from our Pre-AP classes, they will continue on in our HESS American Program.
All children joining our program will require to undergo an English placement test. If a child requires additional English support, he/she can join our Pre-AP class first, so there will be no problem for children with different levels to join our program.
All of our foreign teachers are qualified English teachers approved by the Taiwan local authorities.
HESS American Program has summer and winter breaks, but don’t worry we have prepared specially designed Summer/Winter Camps so that children have fun and different experiences together with their classmates!
All American Program students are required to take the U.S. primary school subject ability test SAT10 periodically to evaluate their learning progress!
